optymax 200 bottom light

bottom light will not go off. all lights come on as normal ,no horn and then bottom light with piston symbol comes on with motor not even running and horn don't sound.
runs fine oil is full to the top,new plugs water pump just changed first of summer, and no drop in rpms

any help please , i am planning a trip to the coast and i do not want to take her if somthing major is wrong
