Optimax & Alpha1 hub compatibility

Hi all

I am looking at a used Merc prop, and it comes off a Merc Optimax OB, and I want to put it on an alpha 1 gen 2.

Is the Flo Torq 2 hub the same for both, or do I have to change the hub out of the prop?

Ayuh,... If it's a Large gearcase outboard,...

The prop will swap, No problem...

Similar question.

I am looking at a slightly used prop that was hubbed for a Mercury Alpha 1 drive.

I have a 2007 Mercury 250 ProXS, which I believe has the "fat shaft" prop shaft design.

Will I be able to use this prop without changing the hub???
