I'm starting to feel a little optimistic about the market. I put out a listing 8 days ago and got the first nibble this afternoon. :D

I have another listing to place soon. It should move faster. I hope. đŸ˜„

My wife had both knees replaced. Heavy person. spent 2 days with a blood transfusion added in that time. Doctor did both legs at the same time. Why go thru the pain 2 times. She is glad she had both at the same time.

I need both knees replaced, but I have to get my BMI down quite a bit first. :sneaky:

Being in good or at least better shape will make the recovery so much faster and easier.
Get your legs muscles as strong as you can and it will make a world of difference. Every time I have to have something done I will works that muscle group as hard as I can and I usually surprise the physical's therapist and how well I recover.
Don’t get me wrong it’s not easy to work a messed up joint but it’s worth the pain in the end. You just need to listen to your body and know when enough is enough but you can’t give up easy either. If you have good insurance go to PT before the procedure and they will help you out.
All the Best to ya

Well, I sold my KF last week. Only took 9 minutes after I listed it. The first hit was 1 minute after listing. Guy wanted me to allow a $500 discount because he wanted to give me his kayak in trade. Nope.

The second guy texted me 8 minutes later and ended up as the actual buyer.

Sometimes, quality stuff can bring a good price quickly.

On the flip side, projects can take awhile to sell, even at a reasonable price. Because it's a project, they figure they can get it cheap. I had a guy message me at 11:30pm last night, asking me to split my Chieftain sale to not include the twin engines. Told him I'd sleep on it and get back to him in the morning.

This morning I agreed to do the split, quoted him my price and advised that it was firm. He replied this evening that we aren't in the same ball park. I guess he wanted the hull & trailer for free. :sneaky:
