onboard storage question

I am trying to locate some stretchable cargo netting for under my consoles, they would snap to the deck and up under console. Size of opening is 18x24. Cant find anything close to dimensions but have seen them on several boats, anyone got any leads?

I think I saw some of those at Gander Mtn. If you have one near you, it would be a good spot to check.
