OMC trim leak?

Ok, well. i was having problems with my 86 OMC cobra trim. I took the pump off and changed the motor. Well, since i've put it back on the lower oil line has been leaking. Not from the threads, but from where the line goes into the nut(compression fitting). How would i go about fixing this? it's not loose or cross threaded.

Did you replace the o-ring?
The are small and easily missed.

Try new O-rings first,if not you may need a new line..
I put new O-rings in mine and it still leaked.I went to the hardware store and got o-rings that were just a little thicker and it stopped the leak.

Yea, a freind actually put the line back on. I asked him yesterday about it and he said "oh yea, i lost it" So ther's no o-ring at all. DUMB*****!!!!!!!!!!
