Hi guys,
for the past 12 months or so my tilt would work intermittently. It just completely stopped. All I get is a winding out noise. I had to remove the clutch gears on the side to lift the outdrive when I pulled it out of the water. Someone said it could be a worm gear. Any other ideas? by the way it's a 1972 OMC stringer
