Thanks to everyone who helped out with my 1983 OMC 1.6L - after rebuilt carbs, checking and replacing all lines from tank to carb, new clamps, etc.... there was still fuel starvation. Finally cleaned the filter on the internal gas tank takeup - it was clogged (like unclogging a drain). Boats gets up on plane and keeps runnin'.<br />I'm going fishing!<br /><br />Thanks again...<br /><br />Rick

No, thank you for posting a sucess story. Most times, we don't know whether or not a guy with a problem with his motor,gets it fixed, or just gives-up. Your post is music to my ears,Rick
