Can anyone tell me if an OMC Kobra outdrive model number 984542 5.0L off of a 1987 Bayliner Capri 2150 will fit a 1990 Chris Craft 245 with an OMC 460? I believe that is 7.5L
Nope. Wrong gear ratio for one thing, and the 460 may have had the King Cobra with the cone clutch in it. If that is the case, it wouldn't even bolt up.
