omc hard to steer

my 1978 starcraft is almost impossible to steer to left when above 4mph steers good at trolling speed but above steers to right ok but to left like steering old mack truck without power locks solid.it is a 400 outdrive.have a happy troller on it.

Move the trailing edge of the trim tab to the Starboard side and/or trim the drive out to equalize the thrust on the prop blades.
