OMC Diagnostic Software on Floppy

Hi everyone, I have a 1999 evinrude E70PL4EE 4 stroke same as the DF70 Suzuki.
I recently purchased the Diagnostic software and cable from ********** for 1999 and order 40/50/70 4 stroke EFi Version 2.0
P/N 787054. Only problem is the bloody thing came on a 3.5inch floppy disk and I've been to a few computer stores and they all pretty much laugh.

Does anybody know where I could download the files, it looks like a very basic program in the book so can't be a big file??

It would be a great help, I've been hanging out for two weeks now to see how many hours are on this motor.

Another soution is a friend with an older computer with both a floppy and CD drives. For instance, mine has both. Should be no problem copying the files over.

Heh, I was afraid you were going to say it came on a 5" floppy. Heck, I haven't even used my 3 1/2" in I don't know how long.

Thanks guys, I figured as much. Pretty hard to find in Australia, didn't realize how old I was getting. Looks like I'll have to take a punt of eBay and hope for the best

greg. dont know were you are, but here in sydney we have a few of the computer markets where you can buy everything ever made (just about). i have a verry old laptop that still has one lol.
or you can contact the ppl you bought it off and im sure they will help you out.
i have a copy of evinrude diagnostics, i am not sure for what engines and its 35meg.
if you know how to burn iso files i may put it on my skydrive for you.
