omc cobra 5.8 liter EFI fuel pump

I bought a 1993 four winns 190 horizon sunsport and it needs some work when i try to crank it it attemps to start but acts like it is out of gas. I have heard of these motors having fuel pump problems but I need to know if there is 2 fuel pumps one in the fuel tank and outside or just one? Its a EFI fuel system

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,.....

To the best of my knowledge, No boats have ever used an "In-tank" fuel pump....
Some Efi systems have 2 pumps at the motor though,...
A lift pump, 'n an injection pump....
No idea 'bout yer motor...

The tank pick up tube could be plugged,..??
