My boat will die when put it in gear. If allowed to cool the boat will usually shift one or twice until warm then when shifted it quits. Any ideas? Rich

Turns out my Quadrajet was flooding the engine and fouling the plugs at idle. Am replacing the quadrajet with an Edlebrock 750 CFM.
