Boat was running fine until what I thought was bad gas put in it. New low pressure pump, because i thought it was bad, new water seperator because l thought I'd picked up bad gas from bottom when it refused to idle after new fuel pump. Drained/cleaned tank, and changed separator, new fuel, and now it will only run if I pull off separator, dump the gas, and put it back on. Filter is never full when I pull it off like before. But it'll only go past 2k rpm in neutral. Any thoughts?

Have your checked the antisiphon valve. It could be blocked, not allowing sufficient fuel flow and also allowing fuel to drain back into the tank

Where could I locate the anti siphon valve? Is it part of the seperator and pump assembly

The anti syphon valve is on the fuel tank, where the fuel line hooks to the tank. It basicly looks like a hose nipple but it has a check valve in it to prevent the fuel from syphoning if there is a leak. Do not disguard it, it's a coast guard regulation to have it. Either clean it or replace it.
