OMC 5.0 Up grade to 4bbl carb or not?

I have a ford 5.0 omc with a factor holley 2bbl carb.
Can I add the cyl heads. 4bbl carb. and intake manifold to the 5.0?
Would this be a good up grade and give me more HP?
The parts are coming from a factor 5.7 omc.

Ayuh,... The heads probably won't help,+ could hurt performance...
The intake,+ carb should give ya about 20hp...

You Ain't using those heads, nor the intake...
It's a Chevy,+ you've got a Ford....

You'll need a cast iron 302 Ford intake,+ whatever Carb ya want in about a 600cfm class....

Ok, I'll be looking for a steel 4bbl intake for a 302.

Ayuh,...Even a 351 intake won't fit a 302... Heads, I donno...

And,.. It's Cast Iron,... Steel isn't used for intakes...
