we have a 1987 17' chris craft with a omc 2.5.
just installed a inline fule filter, in addition to the one in the mech. fuel pump. / boat ran great in the driveway, but once in the water, it only ran for 10 mins., then nothing. I can see that the new, see tru filter, is not filling up with fuel... ?
wondering, can the pump be dead? or maybe the new fuel filter is too much for the line or ? any ideas?
p.s. I can see / get 'some gas' to the carb, but not enough to 'run'....
