The trailed i got with my boat has twin axles and it has coil springs in between the axles and cross member. The problem is it rocks bac and forth bad. ther are ears on the cross member that look like it would take a shock absorber but no ears on the axles for shocks. Does anyone have maybe a picture, i'm asuming it should have shocks to stableize it from rocking side to side so bad. Just not sure how it's suppose to be set up. thanks

If your handy with a welder it shouldnt be a big deal. Can you post a pic that shows the axles?

Here's a shot of my Holsclaw suspension FYI it's approximately a 1970 model. You can only see part of the shock behind the coil springs, but there is one on each side. It's hard to believe yours didn't have shocks originally. Maybe a previous owner replaced the axle and never bothered welding on a mount.
