I have an older Ted Williams 3 hp air cooled engine made by techumseh and I was wondering where I can get some info and parts for it?

Well I got it started, it sounds good, now I need to know how to get the rust out of the tank. The rope pull is mounted on the tank.

Remove the tank empty it out. BE CAREFUL fumes are treacherous.Add some soap and water and a bunch of
nuts (like goes on bolts)Shake it up good drain rinse blow dry or dry in the sun.repeat as required.Coat the inside with some oily fuel mix until you add fuel.
