Hi,<br /><br />That could be caused by a number of things. To start with, try disconnecting the two small black wires that come from under the flywheel. One goes to the vacuum cutoff switch, and the other goes to the wiring harness plug. You'll find a knife connector on the second one, but you can just disconnect the one on the vacuum switch.<br /><br />With those two wires disconnected, you've disabled the function that shuts off the ignition. Try the spark check again. If you still have no spark, then you'll have to pull the flywheel and check the coils, points, condenser and the spark plug wires themselves.<br /><br />One other possibility is that the key that holds the flywheel to the crankshaft has sheared. In any case, the next step is to pull the flywheel.<br /><br />If you haven't done this before, you'll want a manual for the job, since there are some tricky little bits to do under there.
