Just this morning I purchased a 1961 white merc 50hp. Its all to pcs but its all there and it has good compression so I was told. Is there anything special to look for when restoring this style motor?
The magneto cap is tan in color. Its been totally rebuilt according to the man I bought it from. He wanted 100 dollars for the motor because that was what he payed to have the magneto rebuilt.
