well, i see you live in michigan same as me were/how did you buy it 30 minuites from my house there is a palce called mediema repos if you bought it off that i would drain the gas. i see lots of vehicals there that people knew the bank was repoing it and defaced it in some manor unless they were trying to sell it i would have been cautious buying anything off there and chances are you paid to much as stuff tends to sell 50% more then its valued at. i would watch for salt or water or other junk in the tank. i see when people get there campers repod they take the cords tanks and matress and anything else worth value. i accualy have a little saying "only on mediema" will you find junk. good luck and i hope this wasn't the case

Have had no problems using fuel up to 4 yrs old. In a car, not a boat incidentally, it was non-oxy fuel that had been stabil-ized tho. Do you trust your mechanic? If the boat suffers no ill-effects, alls good... If it gums up etc. he might get to rebuild your carbs etc.. for the hourley rate at his shop....

If you dared use it, the only treatment to add would be one that treats water in the fuel.

Nothing can make bad gas good and nothing can reverse what ethanol might have done.
