Oh, Yeah this isn't my first stamp. But the sheriff here in adams won't sign so I set up an LLC.
My .02- do an LLC. It's $50 to register it online with the state and I feel a LOT better about that vs. a trust that isn't filed with anyone! If you head over to coar15.com they have a decent walkthrough on it.

I really don't post there much seems like things have become a constant peeing match anymore, I haven't been to any organized shoots in over a year with them because of some of the crap. I remember one of the main guys, seemed like a decent guy, was about to lose his house so he burned it to the ground, that's when I stopped posting over there, just can't remember his name....
I have talked to my Sheriff and he is pretty simple he will not sign for them, not even for LEO, its just to much liability and he chose to stand for not entering CHP's private info into the database, that's the battle he picked. I like Weaver and therefore i figure when I get the money I will go another route, I had forgotten about an LLC, that would be easier, thanks for reminding me!
