Can someone show me a diagram of how and where I am supposed to install this item. I was replacing the points and can't seem to see where I took this off of.
There should have been a little diagrahm with the new points. The wick part has to rub against the cam. I don't have a diagrahm, but I'm sure someone here has one.
Look at the coil mount closest to the front of the engine. One of the aluminum mounting studs ia the exact fit for the wick holder. Once you see that, it will become obvious to you how to install it.
