Oil Reserve Warning Beep

Have 135hp Mercury outboard that is beeping 4 beeps every 2 min. screen shows oil reserve at 76% now (started showing at 92%). I filled remote oil tank (was almost full) & checked engine mounted oil tank (was full). Still get 4 beeps and screen pops up showing 76% remaining reserve. Any ideas why the warning
system is activated & it shows depleting % in oil reserve as I use engine but both tanks are full?

Stab in the dark here, is there a sensor for collecting data on volume, presure, or viscocity of the oil? If there is (assuming there must be some sort of electrical crossover) i think that would be your issue. If its mechanical to electric i have no clue. Sorry im not much help.
