oil pressure sending units dual station SW gauges, exists any single station sender can work?

It is not clear to me what your question is or what you are trying to accomplish. You have 2 engines, so yes you need an oil pressure sending unit for each engine.

And are desiring to have a ‘single’ oil pressure gauge but with a toggle switch to flip back and forth between the engines? If so, that is a bad idea. Oil pressure is the life blood of an engine and even if more expensive getting a dual gauge that displays BOTH oil pressures, its well worth it.

Upper and lower station AND 2 motor s or just 2 motors

You have 1 set of gauges for each motor

Remote helm stations can be wired with special senders with custom resistance range (low volume so prices are higher) to drive two gauges, or two separate senders.

Depends on how the boat was wired when it left the factory

Its the typical 80 psi gauges
So there are 4 oil psi gauges
There are 2 helms
There are 2 engines.

I have a mechanical gauge on the remote oil filter housing both engines.

I was wondering if you could use the cheaper sender for dual stations doing some modifications to the wiring, adding resistors or something.

One sending unit has failed, it claims 60 psi oil pressure when the mechanical gauge say 35 psi.

Can sending units if they get submerged fill up with water or are they sealed? Cause it went underwater

Well, I am glad I totally misunderstood what you were trying to accomplish 😊
And at least now it’s clearer what you want to do. However, i am not familiar with these types of set ups. Hopefully others can guide you.

Senders go bad, however most likely you have corrosion on the contacts. Especially if the harness was submerged in salt water

Have not had time to figure out the failure yet.
Makes sense if water got in, the resistance would drop and the gauge read higher. The gauge still responds to engine speed, moving up with revs. It won't last long if water got inside the unit.
I could take it off engine and see if wet, could be dried out, drill hole in it or something. It is not much good as is. It is mounted on a 'brass tee' as there is an electric fuel pump oil pressure safety switch.

Don't think harness is an issue, basically a soft plastic sleeve and the wires run inside from motor to helm and wires can be added or replaced, with some effort.

you cant repair the $15 sender.

if the harness was submerged in salt water, water will have wicked up the copper. most boat OEMs do not spring for the tinned copper, so you get the black corrosion

Take your sender to napa, or look online for dual station senders. They aren't that expensive. I've acquired them from napa. They have numbers stamped on the metal housing.
