Oil mixture for 4 hp mercury outboard

Does antbody know if you can use Stihl 2 cycle oil for outboards.

It should be okay for air cooled outboards, Bill, but I would use only TC-W3 rated oil for water cooled outboards.

Not if a conventional water cooled outboard. Follow manufacturer's recommendations. JASC rated should be on label. Use correct fuelil mix if two stroker.
