Oil Leak Mercruiser 4.3 L MCM - pics

Hi all,

Recently I found oil in the bilge which is coming from the engine. Engine runs like normal. From observation it appears oil is coming from seal around timing cover. See pics, I think I see a loose bolt, let me know if I should try to tighten it?

Pictures aren't very clear but it's obviously the front of the engine.

Only places for oil to leak down low from that area is the timing cover/crank seal and the oil pan
