I have a 93 Johnson 115.
When I run motor in driveway to flush I get quite a bit of emulsified unburnt oil in the prop hub, petty much coats the whole inside of prop. Fuel vent is open, new plugs gapped to .030". Lower unit gear oil is new, full and not milky. It is oil injected, and I add 1/2 ounce per 5 gallons of Stabil fuel conditioner for ethenol gas. Should I be concerned about this?

Re: oil in prop hub

So long as you are not losing gear oil and there is no evidence of water ingress into the gearcase then your concern need only be that unburnt oil from the fuel being discharged could be making your driveway slippery! :D
