I have a 2011 Q5I ski and fish and need help getting oil filter off and out. Everything I try gets oil in bilge. I seem top make a mess everytime and it's a pain to clean. HELP!!!
if you have a filter like mine which is located at the bottom/side of engine on the left - I was able to remove it pretty easily by putting down a garbage bag in the bilge under it, and then have plenty of rags to soak up the drips so it doesn't run off bag.
Keep plenty of paper towels/rags close at hand so you don't have to deal with oily hands on seats/etc.
