I noticed steam/smoke rising from outdrive while on the water so I took it home and pulled the outdrive. While draining the oil, I noticed it was milky. When I took the outdrive off, the drive bellow looked as if someone poured a large vanilla milkshake in it. Obviously, oil and water are getting in. I will get a new bellow but what seals do I need for the upper? Also, I noticed a small amount of oil coming from the drain hole at the front bottom of the foot. I could really use some advice.

You need a full seal kit for the lower unit might as well replace the impeller as well, when done and full of oil have a pressure test done to ensure all seals and "O" rings are in good order.

With water in the bellows you have dammaged the gimble bearing,u-joints and the u-joint yoke sealing area in the drive

Not as bad as it sounds if you take care of everthing now

The yoke is very inportant as if its rusty in the seal area you will lose oil after the repiar and not know it till its to late
