Oh Oh, creamy coloured oil in lower unit

Hey Folks,
I was winterizing my Campion (4.3l volvo) and in checking the lower unit oil it drained a cream colour. The boat ran perfectly the day before so I am hoping the spring repair wont hurt too much. Does anyone have a ballpark amount for gasket repair?

Really tough to give an estimate without knowing what drive it is or what is leaking, these forums are more about fixing things yourself than giving estimates.
