We had a couple of OD11's growing up. Had a pretty active racing fleet in San Jose (SJ Sailing Club). The boats were made in Israel and are not related to "O-Day".
I don't have any detailed pics, but the rigging is very simple:
1) 2 pc. mast together
2) Slide sleeve of sail over mast
3) Slide mast assy. (w/sail on it) into the hull
4) Boom connects to bottom of sail
5) Main sheet is pretty basic threading of line
6) Same for the down-haul
7) Centerboard
8) Attach tiller/rudder assy
I wish I still had mine to play with; I'd take a pic for you. Been 30+ years... Here's a grainy picture of a rigged OD11 under sail:
