Obsolete spark plug wires?

I’m trying to find replacement spark plug wires for my 1999 Evinrude 9.9 hp 4 stroke with optical ignition. Model E10el4eeb. The spark plug wires according to part diagrams are 585092. They show obsolete and I cannot find a replacement part anywhere. They are approximately 17” long and have a 90 degree cap at the coil end and a straight boot on the spark plug end. The current plug wires are black and labeled hyphalon. I don’t think they are original and probably not correct for my application. Any ideas?

Take the wires to an Evinrude dealer.----They may have wire in bulk and re-use your boots.----What is your motor doing / not doing ?

I’m just going through it and making sure it’s in top shape. Hard starting but once it’s running it seems to run great.

The caps seem very loose on the spark plug. Lots of play and they don’t snap on with a tight fit like I would expect.
