It's a proposal that would pull boating certificates as well as driver's licenses in cases of DUI. So far, it's just a proposal, but you can read about it at the link.

If you post your email address, you open yourself up for all kinds of stuff. You could just post a link, as I did, to the story you're trying to tell.

I'm guessing it's an email collection address. He grabs all emails and adds them to a SPAM list. Happens on craigslist all the time.

Received in the mail the new regs for VA, everyone will eventually have to take a VA sanctioned course, can be in a class or online. Operators will have to show proof of completion.
