and where was a pro-active CPS agent? seems they only pick on people that they deem cannot fight back. with all the known problems in that kids life CPS should have at least have offered counseling. and maybe some intervention.<br /> I dont like social services much nor abuse shelters. I was abused by both. I was investigated 6 times by SS and 2 home inspections allbased on my ex wife hollering abuse. was found not guilty twice in court and she dropped charges the last time cause I demanded a jury trial and made a counter claim that asked for attorneys fee's spend over 20 k fighting Hotline and dare county social services. they still have a file on me and I never did anything to anyone. its a common tactic in a divorce.
