A gentleman in the village adjacent to mine has won $1,000,000 in the Powerball lottery this week. He also won $1,000,000 in the Win for Life scratch off ticket in 2011. Greedy bugger!
Being the good neighbor, you can join the crowd in his front yard and ray: for your fair share. Too bad he didn't pay the extra buck for the Powerplay and double your share. :watermelon:
Your neighbor may just have been trying to return some of the winnings by buying more tickets and happened to win again.
