Re: Not already....?

Oh yes I enjoy working on many different projects...even yard work. I probably have way too many hobbies. But I love wood working, Electronics, R/C, reloading, fishing, hunting, shooting, welding, metal fab, auto work, engine and trans rebuild, refurbishing most anything...just because! I was just hoping that the seasonal yard mowing would have given me another month so I could finish the actual boat hull project before starting the weekly (some times twice a week) mowing efforts. I have a little over an acre of land and I keep it pristine if I can...another character flaw I have.

Takes some time to keep it this way...but I like it!

Oh and I do love that fact that you too have the American flag flying in your yard. I've had an America flag flying since 9/11 24/7/365! I even installed a flood light for the night time viewing...and always will until... :joyous:
Is this picture current? If so, man has your area have a start on spring.

You are correct on both issues. YES, I probably do a lot more work around the house and more projects too, but I have a very elderly dad that needs help as well as a neighbor that maybe has a year left with only one lung left that is going too. So I do a lot of other things for other folks as well. And NO that isn't this years spring picture. But no too far from it presently either. We have tons of blooms and growth going on now and quickly too. Those pictures were from last spring...

That looks great gm280, I hope one of these days I'll get into doing your type of yard work, and my neighbors do to. Don't get me wrong I would like to have a yard as nice as yours, and one day maybe. But I have to get rid of some stuff that has been taking up my time. SO long as it's green most the time I'm good, except for my roses. Have 30 along a 100 foot wall, red knock out's, and spend some time on them

Re: Not already....?

Looks like you could use a couple loads of gravel, but that would be pricey in your area
Yep I could probably use about 20 loads . Its about 350 ft from the gate to the area we park . When I hit the lottery I plan on installing a cement driveway .
Looks awesome to me.......
Yeah the rain sure beats the snow . But it's really bad back by the house and garage . It dries up for a couple days then rains for a couple . I hope we don't get any high winds . I'm afraid I may lose some big oaks as wet as it is .
