Normal operating motor temperatue

I have a 5.0l Alpha 1 MCM and would like to know what is the normal motor operating temperature range.

Somewhere between 143? to 180?. Depending on your engine info (Serial number needed) and cooling system type (Closed or raw water cooled).

Thanks the serial no is OWO49632 and it is raw water cooled.
