Your rev counter seems to be rather out?
Try to ditch the muffs and get a barrel to run in to get correct back pressure.
When that is done, loosen the cam roller, loosen the carb links screw and be sure all carbs are closed.
Tighten the link screws, but leave the roller screw loose and roller away from cam.
Set all carb mix screws about 3 turns out.
Start the engine, only using timing advance to keep it running.
Adjust carb mix screws one at a time until the cylinder 'sneezes', then back off 1/4-1/2 turn.
If one or more carbs does not react, pull it down and check!!
