Hi, not sure where to put this. New to boating. I have a starcraft american 15 with a 75hp motor. I bought it to go fishing freshwater with my son. I am now finding out that there are hp restrictions in Massachusetts. It appears i have a boat but nowhere to use it. It seems like i would have to use it in the ocean but it seems to small to me. Where do you boaters from Mass use these boats. Why do they use such big motors on little boats.
