Noise in head

We have a 2006 318 Vista Four Winns and we hear a noise in the head that sounds like a fan or pump running. Turned everything off and still hear it.

Is it vacu flush? If the vacuumed leaks, it’ll pump up on occasion. Time to find the leak.

We were thinking maybe this could be it, but not sure why it would be all of the sudden making noise.

This is great feedback. That is exactly where we are hearing the noise. It is running all the time almost like a fan and has different tones.

Interesting, we have the freshwater pump turned off, and it still makes this noise.
