Cut and run???<br /><br />So which side are we supposed to be on when the Sunnis are fighting the Shiites?<br /><br />It's time for the Iraqi gov't to get their act together and form a coalition government that can run the place. Murtha's plan calls for a gradual reduction in force for US troops, and a gradual redeployment on the periphery to make sure foreign fighters ( Like from Iran)don't overrun the place...And it forces the Iraqi gov't to get together and put their country together, if they can.<br /><br />So you don't think politically this current administration is going to dramatically reduce the troop levels by election time? You really think they are going to "stay the course"? They want to hold on to some of their seats, and they won't doing it that way.<br /><br />As far as a plan for victory, what is that? What is victory? If victory is getting a stable government in Iraq, that is exactly a plan for victory. <br /> Sink or swim, Baby! It's all up to you now!
