no water being pump on 8 HP

After a complete total rebuild of the water pump, still no water being pumped out of pee hole. Could it be I don't have enough water in barrel? Water is up just over the fin.

Sounds like you have enough water but put in some more to be sure. Is the peehole bloked?

Removed everything, including gasket covering water jackets, water tube clean, new thermo, like show room condition inside. Everything super clean and clear, impeller facing correct way, new gaskets, water pump housing, the works. I hope its just that there is not enough water.
