Suction/vacuum whatever, it is needed to get the VRO pump to work so clearly it isnt inconsequential hence the inverted check valves for it in the vro

indeed and as per manual a range of 3-4 inhg is expected for the pump to work. Higher than 5 inhg and on a V6 fuel restriction horn sounds...I've never put a pressure gauge on the fuel outlet, put I would assume it is around 3 -5 psi

Thanks Cfauvel for those specs.
Hope you have seen those Racerone so you can put your mind at rest that you were wrong in your initial posts before you were given corrections

I've been a member for some time and just recently started reading and questioning here again.

I wish you guy would stop the pissing contest.

Haha its not a pissing contest, its just two different arguments, one saying from the beginning that there is a vacuum/suction at that pulse port and its material for VRO operation, the other side saying there wasnt and now im not sure what they are pushing anymore.
But the good news is ive learnt something from this thread no matter how the debate has got there.
Debating at school was always fun:fencing:
