Here in Michigan on Lake St. Clair, we fish early because by noon the big boats are all getting ready to head out for a day of fun, and usually it's the bigger boats that just flat wont turn the wheel when approaching a smaller boat anchored. Seen them swamp small boats a couple times, and it sad that they think because they are bigger they own the water way. Size matters but in this case I do try to just get off the water before noon to avoid these folks who have more $$ than brains, and no value for human life either. It's a serious problem on this lake, and I've dialed the sheriff a few times to share the MC #'s on the boats doing this.
