I have a 2002 60HP merc that will not run. I did have it running to fog it, but becase of a bad grd wire, the starter engaged during this time. I stopped it then tryed to start it again to no avail,it kep blowing fuses. I fixed this problem do to a bad grd wire in the remote control area. I have since tryed to start it butt to no avail it cranks but will not start:. could this problem (engage starter during running ) could have an effect in any of the electrical area.
