No spark

I have no spark on a Merc 402 40hp, Trigger coil and stator test OK and have replaced the switch box with one I know to be OK. Coils and HT leads are OK. Any ideas ?

Does that model have a kill button mounted on the starboard side?<br />If it does,I would suspect it first.

Can't seem to see one other than the mercury switch.
