You mentioned you have voltage going into the coil. Do you have voltage coming out of the coil? The coil's job is to multiply that voltage many thousand times over. You should be receiving extremely high voltage (I'm talking thousands of volts)into the center of your distributor cap via wire 33 in order for the electricity to jump that gap on your spark plug. If you have voltage there then it could be internal distributor issue. Is the inside of your distributor(rotor) spinning when the engine is cranking? Hope this helps..

out of the coil wire "33" only get 6 volts .yes the rotor is turning i pulled the cap to check, while cranking the engine.

I pretty sure you need more than 6 volts to get some sparks. I should have told you not to use a volt meter to test wire 33. As I mentioned above it shoots out thousands of volts(if working correctly) to jump that gap on your spark plug.
1.You can unplug wire 33 at the top of your distributor and pull the boot back so the end is bare.
2. Disconnect the ground wire from your coil so it will not allow voltage through as soon as you turn the ignition to "ON" position.
3. Connect a jumper wire to that negative post of the coil and don't attach the other end yet.
4.Use an insulated pliers to hold wire 33 so that the bare tip is very close to an engine block metal like a bolt head or something that has a good ground.
5. turn ignition to on and tap the end of the jumper wire to a known ground. If you don't have spark between the end of wire 33 and ground then you have a bad coil.

That's not the OEM ignition system for your engine, only the Gi (fuel injected had the EST). But it may have been replaced because the module for the BID ignition that came with your boat is no longer available.

Here is the troubleshooting and timing information for the EST on the 2001 and later GL's that should work fine for your engine.

You are the best ,Thank you. That help me determine it was a bad wire from the coil to the distributor. Thanks again for all your Knowledge.
