Re: No Spark unless Throttle/Trigger is advanced?
One possibility is the kill wire being shorted by the mechanical linkage in the controls. That can be found with an ohmmeter.
Another possibility is broken wires to the trigger, or the trigger harness shorting to ground when it is moved. Check it out without disconnecting it, and while someone is moving the throttle.
Might be able to tape it, might have to replace.
