no spark on 1 cylinder

Greetings, I have a 1984 70 hp evinrude 3 cyl. The cylinder in the center does not have any spark, I replaced the ignition coil on the non firing cylinder but to no effect. Where do I look next?

Check the trigger coil for resistance, grounds and DVA reading. If all 3 read the same, suspect the pack....
