Are you getting 12V at the coil Pink/Wht pin C-A ?

Similar problem here, No spark no injector pulse. I have checked voltage according to your diagram.

C-A has no voltage with key on or with engine attempting to start.

CPS (E in diagram) has continuity

CPS (E) Does not have 5v where it should. ( Did check fuse, no power to A-F either)

I noticed your first question was if C-A had 12v, it does not. is this a common issue and if so what would be your next recommendation on checking?

Thanks

Thanks GA

With no power at C-A then need to check the fuse. If the fuse is good, you need to start tracing backwards finding where power is lost. The Red/Black power comes from the the main power relay (MPR). When key is turned to ON the MPR passes 12V to several circuits. The MPR also has a 20amp fuse next to it

was just about to make a new topic as requested, this is perfect. Thank you both.

I will follow it back. so C-A/ A-F should have 12v when the key is turned to on. fuse in the 3 mini fuse connector is good, no power coming to the A-F. Are there any relay's or computers between the A-F and that next fuse you mentioned?

Thanks!

The key turns power ON to the purple wire. The purple turns on all relays and systems. The Red/Purple supplies power thru the MPR to the Red/Black. There is a 20 amp fuse between the red/purple and the relay.

If you can turn the key ON and hear the full pump come on the power is making it to the fuel pump relay, if not then need to go back further to the 50 amp circuit breaker on the motor.

You need a volt meter to trace backwards

So, fuel pump does not come on with key on. I took the cover off the relay and closed it manually... comes on no problem. I swapped the two identical relays and still nothing. Neither fuel pump or main power relay are getting signal to close their circuit.

back at the 50 amp on the top of the motor. Red has power going in, red/purple has power coming out..

also, when I manually close the main power relay I get the 12v on red/blk at the 20amp fuse

any thoughts on the signal for the relays or do I randomly have two identical bad relays?

Tested relays, apply power they close. Test resistance and zero resistance. Calling them both good.

See if you have 12V coming from the key switch.

See if your Kill switch is ON

Then check for 12V at any purple wire on the motor (Pin 5 on motor connector, Alternator field connection)
